Retail Key Holder - Part-Time

Overview

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about health and wellness who want to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team by executing tasks with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, assisting others in doing the same.
• Create loyalty through personalized customer interactions, enhancing shopping experiences, and increasing basket sizes.
• Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder, handling customer transactions, merchandising, and pricing.
• Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts to create an engaging in-store experience.
• Maintain regular store cleanliness, adhere to loss prevention protocols, process product receipts promptly, and ensure shelves are stocked and prices are correct.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
