Retail Key Holder - Part-Time

Overview

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder. This role is ideal for those passionate about health and wellness, eager to learn about supplements, and looking for a fulfilling career where they can connect with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while supporting others.
• Create positive, memorable shopping experiences and build customer loyalty.
• Work with integrity as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products correctly.
• Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, keep shelves stocked, and price products accurately.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.

Compensation

The wage for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience, and other organizational needs. The estimated range is $17.00 - $18.50 per hour.
