Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team by executing tasks with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while assisting others.
• Create positive shopping experiences and build customer loyalty through personalized interactions.
• Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, restock shelves, and price products correctly.
• Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and prices accurate.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
