Retail Key Holder - Leesburg

About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor at cabi Outlet, you’ll be a trusted member of the leadership team, helping drive store success while delivering exceptional customer experiences every day. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, styling, and leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized styling and customer service that makes every guest feel valued.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outreach and clienteling programs.
• Support sales goals, KPIs, and daily store performance.
• Provide support with phone orders and customer inquiries.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, professionalism, and positivity.
• Help create a fun, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Support Sales Associates through coaching, communication, and teamwork.
• Assist with daily operations and ensure company standards are upheld.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing displays.
• Support inventory, shipment processing, and store organization.
• Handle cash management and bank deposits with accuracy and integrity.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, Retail Associate, or similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of retail experience.

Pay

$14-15/hour

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and step stools as needed.
