Retail Key Holder - Houston

About the role

We're seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the cabi Outlet team. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, styling, and leading a team. You'll be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, supporting sales goals, and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized styling and customer service experiences
• Build lasting customer relationships through outreach and clienteling programs
• Support sales goals and daily store performance
• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, professionalism, and positivity
• Support and lead the team, including serving as Manager on Duty when assigned
• Coach, communicate, and collaborate with Sales Associates
• Aid with daily operations and ensure company standards are met
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, shipment processing, and store organization
• Handle cash management and bank deposits accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, Retail Associate, or similar role preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement
• Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and support a team
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year of retail experience preferred

Pay

$15.50-$16.50/hour
