Retail Key Holder - Full-Time

About the Role

The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for a full-time Retail Key Holder who is passionate about health and wellness. In this leadership role, you will help build customer loyalty and create an easy, personalized, and unforgettable in-store shopping experience while supporting your team.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support for your Management Team and execute tasks with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting your team.
• Serve as Manager On Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and ensure products are priced correctly.
• Master product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts to maintain store operations.
• Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, and ensure timely processing of product receipts.
• Keep shelves fully stocked and products priced accordingly.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and potential location changes based on business needs.
• Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and team members.
• A passion for the health and wellness industry.
