Retail Key Holder - Full-Time

About the role

The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for a full-time Retail Key Holder who is passionate about health and wellness. In this leadership role, you’ll help build customer loyalty and create personalized, memorable in-store experiences while supporting your management team and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support for the Management Team, executing tasks with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting team members.
• Serve as Manager On Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and ensure accurate product pricing.
• Master product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts to maintain store operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, follow loss prevention standards, and manage product receipts.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and potential location changes based on business needs.

Pay

The wage for this position is based on role requirements, skill set, years of experience, and organizational needs, with an estimated range of $17.00 - $18.50 per hour.
