About the Role

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is the premiere wholesale distributor in the United States of the finest salon professional beauty brands. We are seeking a passionate Key Holder (Retail Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals.
• Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, sales events, and advertised products.
• Process and replenish merchandise, prepare for and participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintain store appearance and process sales and return transactions.
• Gain and share product knowledge and beauty industry trends with customers.
• Collaborate in a positive team environment to achieve goals and priorities.
• Commit to excellence and pursue growth opportunities within SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA.
• Act with integrity at all times.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel on short notice with the District and Region as needed.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use a computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED (preferred).
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required (no immigration support/sponsorship offered).

Pay

Salary range: $15.80 – $17.80 per hour.
