About the role
Support store operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional customer service at a global lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store activities, including opening, closing, and security protocols.
- Engage with customers to provide expert product advice and enhance shopping experience.
- Mentor and support team members in customer service, sales, and operational tasks.
- Implement merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Oversee inventory routines and collaborate with management on operational needs.
- Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail supervisory or leadership experience preferred but not required.
