About the Role

As a Key Holder, also known as a “Floor Leader,” you will take on an essential retail leadership role at Skechers. This entry‑level management position involves overseeing daily operations, supporting sales goals, and maintaining a premium shopping environment while mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to provide expert advice on Skechers products, ensuring each shopper leaves with the perfect fit and a great experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures, enforce security protocols, and uphold operational standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members, helping them develop skills in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets by implementing effective selling techniques and promoting key Skechers products.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory routines while collaborating with store management to address operational needs.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve in‑store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Problem‑solving skills to resolve issues that arise in‑store.
• Highly organized to manage inventory, staffing, and other operational tasks.
• Desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for Skechers store employees.
• Comfortable mentoring team members and communicating with all levels of the store team.
• Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.

Pay
