About the role

As a Key Holder, you support the Store Leadership Team by delivering strong WAM (WOW Awareness Manager) segments and ensuring a WOW guest experience. You assist with daily store operations, contribute to training and motivating Stylists, and help drive stellar results while amplifying our brand purpose. You uniquely and positively represent the Kendra Scott culture.

Responsibilities

• Customer Focus: Model and teach WOW service with a “customer is our boss” mentality using the WOW Service Principles. Train and develop Stylists to provide WOW experiences and ensure all guests feel welcome and valued.
• Drive Results: Learn to drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections through exceptional experiences.
• Build Networks: Assist in building brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives. Help achieve event and giveback goals.
• Instill Trust: Maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards, adhere to Kendra Scott policies, and uphold integrity in all actions.
• Communicate Effectively: Educate guests and team members on product details and personal style. Make expert product suggestions tailored to individual needs.
• Nimble: Thrive in a dynamic environment, flexing between the sales floor, Color Bar™, events, and back of house. Embrace curiosity, flexibility, and a willingness to try new things.
• Collaborate: Support your team in delivering WOW experiences, share ideas, and foster mutual accountability, trust, and commitment.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience is required.
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and developing customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for fashion, trends, and helping others develop their personal style.
