About the role

As a Key Holder, you support the Store Leadership Team by delivering strong WAM (WOW Awareness Manager) segments and ensuring a WOW guest experience. You assist with daily store operations, provide input on training and motivating Stylists, and celebrate team members. You have a passion for driving results and amplifying our brand purpose while uniquely and positively representing Kendra Scott culture.

Responsibilities

• Model and teach WOW service with a “customer is our boss” mentality, using WOW Service Principles to connect with every guest and make a Difference in their Day.
• Train and develop Stylists to ensure they provide WOW experiences, going above and beyond to make all guests feel welcome and seen.
• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections through WOW experiences.
• Build brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives, helping achieve event and giveback goals.
• Maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards, adhering to Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests and team members on product details and personal style, making expert product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Color Bar™, Events, and Back of House as needed, embracing curiosity and adaptability.
• Collaborate with the team to provide WOW experiences for all guests, sharing ideas and fostering mutual accountability, trust, and commitment.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure positive experiences, taking on new opportunities and challenges with urgency and enthusiasm.
• Challenge yourself and others with clear, attainable goals, providing real-time coaching and feedback to help others succeed.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail and/or customer service experience.
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and developing customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, trends, and helping others develop their personal style.
• Growth mindset: strong desire to learn, grow, and embrace new ideas.

• Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
