About the role

As a Key Holder, you support the Store Leadership Team by delivering strong WAM (WOW Awareness Manager) segments and ensuring a WOW guest experience. You assist with daily store operations, contribute to training and motivating Stylists, and celebrate team members. You drive results, amplify our brand purpose, and uniquely represent the Kendra Scott culture.

Responsibilities

• Customer Focus: Model and teach WOW service with a “customer is our boss” mentality using the WOW Service Principles. Train and develop Stylists to provide exceptional guest experiences. Ensure all guests feel welcome and valued.
• Drive Results: Learn to drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections through WOW experiences.
• Build Networks: Assist in building brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives. Help achieve event and giveback goals.
• Instill Trust: Maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards. Adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Communicate Effectively: Educate guests and team members on product details and personal style. Make expert product suggestions to fit guest needs.
• Nimble: Thrive in various roles, flexing between the Salesfloor, Color Bar™, Events, and Back of House. Embrace curiosity and flexibility to learn and try new things.
• Collaborate: Support your team in providing WOW experiences, even behind the scenes. Share ideas and remain open to others’ viewpoints to foster mutual accountability and trust.
• Take Action: Prioritize making a difference in guests’ days. Proactively resolve concerns to ensure positive experiences. Approach new opportunities and challenges with urgency and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail and/or customer service experience is required.
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and developing customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and helping others develop their personal style by staying current with trends.

• Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
