Responsibilities

• Model and teach WOW service with a "customer is our boss" mentality
• Train and develop Stylists to ensure they provide WOW experiences
• Drive results by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections
• Build networks through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives
• Instill trust by ensuring store safety standards and adhering to Kendra Scott policies
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members, making product suggestions and resolving concerns
• Collaborate with the team to provide WOW experiences, even behind the scenes
• Take action to ensure guest experiences are always positive
• Display courage by challenging yourself and others with clear, attainable goals

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or customer service is required
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and developing customer relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure
• Organizational and communication skills
