Retail Key Carrier Coordinator

Job Description

The Key Carrier role at TJX Companies is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role. Key Carriers alternate between these roles based on store needs, primarily performing the Coordinator role but occasionally taking on a leadership role as a Key Carrier.

• Alternates between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles based on store needs.
• Maintains all aspects of the store, performing tasks and activities as per the store plan.
• Prioritizes tasks as needed and addresses immediate customer service issues.
• Provides coaching to Associates and ensures they adhere to operational procedures.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage and executes opening/closing procedures according to company guidelines.
• Communicates with management and Associates to set and address priorities, providing progress updates.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback, and offers feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates.
• Promotes Associate training needs to increase effectiveness and ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience.

Starting Pay Range

The starting pay range for this position is $15.25 to $15.75 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
