About the role
Work to review and receive merchandise shipments, manage store inventory accuracy, and maintain all inventory documentation.
Responsibilities
- Bring a minimum of 1-year experience in inventory or merchandise support
- Continually improve processes and streamline merchandise transfers
- Be reliable and have flexible schedule availability which may include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends
- Receive replenishment, process, unpack, and organize shipments, and manage all special merchandise requests
- Perform regular cycle counts and provide reports to your manager on results
- Assist on the sales floor by greeting customers and answering phones as needed
- Work with multiple departments to process merchandise returns and acknowledge receipt of shipments
- Communicate with the fulfillment center any discrepancies or quality issues discovered during both the receiving and auditing of merchandise
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year experience in inventory or merchandise support
