Retail Inventory Supervisor - Mornings

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns
• Partner with the District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required

Qualifications

• Working conditions require the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low level positions, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
