Retail Inventory Supervisor - Fayetteville Area

Urgently hiring throughout the Fayetteville area, including Fayetteville, Raeford, Spring Lake, Saint Pauls, and Dunn.

Pay

Starting wage: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with varying hours in support of District Manager and customer commitments. Paid training and occasional overnight assignments.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns and partner with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Ability to work flexible schedules
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required

Skills

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, coaching, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position. No degree required.

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
• Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
• Ability to frequently be in low-level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
• Ability to frequently use a ladder
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent travel via car and occasional travel via plane, including overnight stays
