RETAIL INVENTORY SPECIALIST

We value passion, energy, and commitment in our team and are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Inventory Specialist.

About the role

The Retail Inventory Specialist plays a key role in executing efficient inventory processes, supporting store operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Pay range is $16–17/hour.

Responsibilities

• Execute the 18-minute Web Pick-Up processes and ensure customer satisfaction
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including pick-packs, backhauls, and return-to-vendor merchandise
• Maintain the department and store by ensuring clean work areas, conducting cycle counts, stocking and replenishing product, and participating in merchandising activities
• Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness and assisting with physical inventory preparation
• Assemble floor displays and resets
• Assist customers with carry-in/out services
• Participate in open and close procedures
• Perform other assigned duties and tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Sincere interest in helping customers and driving world-class customer experiences
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for prolonged periods
• Willingness to work shifts before and after store hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous retail customer service or warehouse experience strongly preferred
