Retail Inventory Associate - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times
• You will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, squat, and reach
• Climb ladders when needed
• Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Qualifications

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position
• No degree required
• Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply

• Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour

Schedule

This is an active job you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods. Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching are also required. Climbing ladders when needed. Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds. Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.
