Retail Inventory Associate - Orlando Metro Area
Urgently hiring throughout the greater Orlando Metro area, including Kissimmee, Oak Ridge, Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Goldenrod, and Winter Park.
Pay
Starting wage: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour.

About the role
Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
- Travel to retail locations

Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Physical demands
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Climbing ladders when needed
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or related experience is valuable but not required. No degree needed. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
