Retail Inventory Associate – Mornings - REFERRAL

Starting wage: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, with performance-based increases up to $21.00.

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. This is an active, part-time position with early morning shifts and flexible scheduling. No prior inventory experience is required—we provide paid training.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay
• Travel to retail locations

Physical demands

• Spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Qualifications

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or related experience is valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
