Retail Inventory Associate Driver- Omaha Metro Area

About the role

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting/carrying items up to 25 pounds. Pay

Starting wage: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour. $200 referral bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork

Requirements

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or related experience is valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
