Retail Inventory Associate Driver - Las Vegas Valley Area

About the role

Join WIS International as a Retail Inventory Associate Driver in the Las Vegas Valley area (including North Las Vegas, Henderson, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Summerlin, Whitney Ranch, and Paradise). This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases.

Pay

Starting wage: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour. $200 referral bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay
• Travel to retail locations

Requirements

• At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; 18+ to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 36 consecutive months in your state of residence
• Minimum of three years of proven driving experience
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations
• Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfort using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Skills

Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driving, general labor, or related fields is valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
