Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Starting wage: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour.

About the role

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders when needed. You will lift and carry items up to 25 pounds while working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations

Requirements

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver (18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs)
• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights

Qualifications

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or related experience is valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
