Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Starting wage: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with performance-based increases up to $23.00–$25.00 per hour.

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required—we provide paid training. This is an active, part-time position with flexible scheduling and immediate hiring.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay
• Travel to retail locations

Work environment

• Spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

• At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• Minimum of three years of proven driving experience
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Qualifications

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or athletic/coaching experience are all valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
