Responsibilities

  • Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
  • Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
  • Travel to retail locations

Work environment

  • Spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods
  • Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
  • Climbing ladders when needed
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
  • Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

  • At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
  • Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
  • Minimum of three years proven driving experience
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations
  • Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using handheld technology
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Qualifications

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or related experience is valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
