Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Starting wage: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, with performance-based increases up to $22.00 per hour.

About the role

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required—we provide paid training. This is an active, part-time role that rewards hard work and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Travel to retail locations, including occasional overnight assignments.

Work environment

• Spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bend, kneel, squat, and reach frequently.
• Climb ladders when needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; 18+ to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 36 consecutive months in your state of residence.
• Minimum of three years of proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or athletic/coaching experience are valuable but not required. No degree is needed. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
