What You Will Do
This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
- Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
- Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
- Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Showcase precision in counting and recording inventory.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow to achieve daily performance goals.
- Work flexible schedules with varying hours, including early mornings and late nights.

Team Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, or Warehouse work is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Requirement
- Possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
Working Conditions
- The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking.
- The ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
- The ability to frequently be in low-level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
- The ability to frequently use a ladder.
- The ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- The ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.

Salary
$15.00 - $17.00 starting wage.
