Retail Inventory Associate – Dollar Teams

About the role

This is a traveling role for experienced Inventory Associates. Early morning departures (as early as 3:00-5:00am) are common, and assignments are available Monday through Friday. Occasional overnight hotel stays may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Count and record inventory with precision
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods
• Meet daily performance goals

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experienced Inventory Associates preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Access to reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in retail inventory management
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.

Pay

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour, with potential for productivity-based wage increases up to $5.00 in the first six months.
