About the role

We’re looking for a creative Interior Design & Sales Associate to join our vibrant Design Center in Scottsdale. Ideal candidates have experience or a degree in interior design, strong communication and people skills, and comfort working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create floor plans and presentations using 3-D Room Planner
• Design beautiful, functional spaces for clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service and close sales
• Keep our showroom fresh, stylish, and on-trend

Qualifications

• Interior design experience or degree preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a busy setting
• Weekend/holiday availability required

Our Design Consultants are paid a recoverable draw typically ranging from $53,000 to $70,000 annually based on written sales. The potential income for our experienced Design Consultants average $70,000-$115,000/year, with our top writers making $200,000 per year or more.
