Retail Implementation Consultant

About the role

A Senior Retail Implementation & Delivery Lead will lead complex, customer‑facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role, remote from the US East Coast, requiring 30%+ travel throughout the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go‑live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
• Translate fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre‑sales.

Requirements

• Deep, hands‑on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• A record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.
• US East Coast location preferred.

Pay

Base salary is expected to be $150,000‑$200,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience.

Schedule

Remote position based on the US East Coast with 30%+ travel across the United States and Canada.
