Retail Hourly Recruiter

Starting wage from $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Part-time: paid hours depend on your availability and business need. Ability to work varied hours, including flexible schedules. The more you are available, the more you can earn.

About the role

The Retail Hourly Recruiter will be responsible for successfully recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Inventory & Reset associates in designated geographies. In partnership with operations, Regional Talent Managers, Business Partners, and Leadership, the hourly recruiter will be accountable for delivering quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Recruiter is responsible for ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience at all levels of the recruitment process. Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new Inventory & Reset associates
• Deliver quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Utilize various sourcing techniques and recruit passive candidates
• Interact with all levels of company employees in a confidential and discreet manner
• Maintain knowledge of federal employment and labor laws related to recruiting

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience
• Experience in social networking with an established LinkedIn network
• Knowledgeable about social media marketing (X, Facebook, etc.) as they apply to recruiting
• Prior hands-on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ICIMS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other recruitment applications/software

Working Conditions

• Work will be sedentary most times: must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently
• This is a virtual remote position
