Responsibilities
- Bring enthusiastic, friendly service while demonstrating the Merlin Values.
- Seek out guest interactions and help make every visit fun and memorable.
- Help manage guest lines and maintain a positive guest experience.
- Ensure public areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Follow opening and closing procedures to help keep the attraction running smoothly.
Qualifications & Experience
You bring positive energy, love interacting with people, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages. 6 months–1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred. You should be friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences. You're self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team, comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments, and flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Availability Requirements
Available to work 2–3 days per week including at least one weekend day. Wednesday and Sunday availability is required.

Pay
Pay Range USD $13.98/Hr.
