Retail Host

About You

We're looking for energetic, friendly, and guest-focused Retail Hosts to bring the fun to LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan! You'll help create unforgettable adventures for families and guests every single day.

What You'll Do

• Create amazing guest experiences with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Engage with guests and spread smiles throughout the attraction
• Help guests find the perfect LEGO products and souvenirs
• Keep queues organized, safe, and running smoothly
• Maintain clean, stocked, and inviting retail and public areas
• Work alongside an awesome team to deliver world-class guest service
• Follow opening and closing procedures to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications & Experience

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service (bonus)
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
