Retail Grocery Associate - Inventory

Starting wage: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, with performance-based increases up to $5.00 per hour.

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. This part-time role is ideal if you enjoy staying active, working on your feet, and being rewarded for strong performance. No prior inventory experience is required—we provide paid training.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners for a major grocery-segment customer
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail to meet productivity goals and increase earnings
• Travel to retail locations, with occasional paid overnight assignments

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, general labor, or athletics/coaching is valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
