Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory

Starting wage: $17.00–$23.50 per hour (range reflects current employees in comparable roles). Flexible scheduling and paid training included.

About the role Join WIS International to help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required—we provide all the training you need. This team works primarily with a single customer in the grocery segment, and the role is active, involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program

Travel to retail locations

Requirements

At least 18 years old

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable using handheld technology

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, athletic, or coaching experience are all valuable backgrounds. No degree is required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
