Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items weighing 5 to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 25-35 pounds, including lifting overhead.
- Standing and/or walking continuously for 8 hours or more per shift.
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and moving throughout the store.
- Working in cold environments, including coolers and freezers, for extended periods while stocking and organizing merchandise.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
