Retail Full Time Store Supervisor

The Retail Store Supervisor role at Office Depot focuses on providing comprehensive solutions to customers across Technology, Services, Furniture, and Print offerings. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, becoming their go-to advisor, and driving sales of Office Depot’s complete range of offerings.
Primary Responsibilities
- Foster a culture that builds trust, brand loyalty, and exceptional client service delivery.
- Utilize and understand the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional product and/or services solutions.
- Maintain awareness of planned advertisements and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers about Office Depot products and services.
- Evaluate the customer’s needs to determine the total solution.
- Guide, direct, and train store associates, including Print Services associates.
- Facilitate training sessions on the business model and the holistic service offering for clients/customers.
- Observe, coach, and provide feedback to enhance associate proficiency and build a culture of trust and brand loyalty.
- Provide feedback to the General Manager regarding store associates' performance, certification(s), and competencies.
- Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.
- Maintain the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of other managers.
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including activation and deactivation of the store's alarm system, cash handling, and daily store balancing.
- Assist the General Manager in providing guidance and effective coaching to associates for improved performance.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule
The salary range for this role is $16.00/hour to $19.50/hour, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
