Retail Full Time Store Supervisor
About the role
The Retail Store Supervisor role at Office Depot is a full-time position focusing on providing comprehensive solutions across Technology, Services, Furniture, and Print offerings. This role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on Technology products/services and print offerings, and driving sales through proactive engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of trust, brand loyalty, and exceptional client service delivery.
- Utilize and understand the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution and additional product/service solutions.
- Maintain awareness of planned advertisements and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers about Office Depot products and services.
- Educate customers about the total solution based on their needs.
- Guide, direct, and train store associates, including Print Services associates.
- Facilitate training sessions on the business model and the holistic service offering for clients/customers.
- Evaluate associate proficiency and build a culture of trust and brand loyalty.
- Provide feedback to the General Manager regarding store associates' performance, certification(s), and competencies.
- Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.
- Perform external key carrier responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, ensuring safety and security, and complying with loss prevention.
Education & Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; coursework in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is a plus. 1-3 years of related experience, including retail, sales, customer-facing, and supervisory experience, is preferred.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule
The salary range for this role is $16.90 to $22.48 per hour, with adjustments made to comply with state and local minimum wages. The company offers competitive salaries, a benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, and numerous opportunities for growth within the organization.
