About the role

As a Retail Sales Lead at Savage X Fenty, you will support the Store Leadership Team in building a fearless, confident, and inclusive team that delivers an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Leadership Team in building a fearless, confident, and inclusive team that brings the Savage X Fenty shopping experience to life.
• Creates a best-in-class employee environment and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards under the direction of the Visual Merchandising Supervisor.
• Assists with back of house and inventory controls under the direction of the Product Xpert Supervisor.
• Achieves Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), budgets, and objectives by fostering a culture of accountability among team members.
• Serves as a resource for general product knowledge and operational compliance, ensuring customer service standards are met and the sales floor is welcoming.
• Manages productivity in down time and maintains cleanliness standards.
• Upkeep an inclusive store culture that reflects the brand's values and ethos, resulting in an engaged team and outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements

• One year of experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• An organizational powerhouse with a strong sense of urgency, stellar time management skills, and an acute attention to detail.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity while managing multiple initiatives.
• Tech-savvy or very comfortable with emerging technologies.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including working late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.

Qualifications

• Constantly moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
