Retail Full Time Keyholder: Plano

About the role

As a Retail Keyholder at Framebridge, you will set the standard for exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in our retail stores. You will support onboarding and training great retail team members, execute and improve operational activities to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met, and apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach retail team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product advice
• Coach retail team members to improve their performance
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Train retail team members on Framebridge products and services
• Ensure compliance with Framebridge policies and procedures
• Participate in store events and promotions

Requirements

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
• Engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes
• Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
• Preferred degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields, but not required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

Framebridge may pay more or less than the posted hourly range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications, and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to the hourly rate, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus as part of the total compensation package. Details and eligibility will be discussed during the application process.
