About the role

A day in the life of a Logistics Processor includes receiving, processing, and delivering merchandise while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload freight, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, handling markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handling bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this position is $17.05 - $17.75, dependent on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Commission for selling employees varies based on the merchandise sold: apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%, while Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive 3%. This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
