Responsibilities
- Support store operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Play an essential role in supporting store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- From receiving and organizing merchandise to picking, packing, processing trailers, retrieving orders from our back-of-house storage and delivering them curbside to the customer.
- Monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders.
- Help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently.
- Play a key part in customer interactions - greeting shoppers warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care.
- Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact both customer satisfaction and overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Meet daily sales goal challenges.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics.
Essential Physical Requirements
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
- Lifting at least 50lbs.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Reaching, including above eye level.
- Closing vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.

Schedule
Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
