About the role
We are seeking individuals who can show great attitude and helpful service to our customers. This role involves assisting in supervising store associates, merchandising, attracting and developing talent, and ensuring great customer service.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ retail experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Vast knowledge of hardware related products and home projects (a plus)
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
Qualifications
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop others
Skills
- Ability to see and read product labels, dispense product knowledge, and communicate with customers
- Manual dexterity; working with cash registers and computers, assembly of some products; ability to quickly make appropriate change for customers
- The ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Bending, climbing, and twisting are routine; the position requires the ability to retrieve, stock, and move product
- Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds

These benefits are available after 90 days of employment. We are looking for full flexibility; must be available to work on Saturday OR Sunday, 35-40 hours per week.
