Retail Fitting Room Attendant
Responsibilities
- Affirms customers receive world-class customer service and attention in the fitting rooms.
- Answers all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition.
- Knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance.
- Aids in general office duties such as mail service, sorting and opening mail, and assisting other office positions as needed.
- Creates daily pocket schedules and makes signs for all shops.
- Supports various projects for members of the Leadership team as needed.
- Develops product knowledge and collaborates with sales associates to help achieve daily selling goals.
- Focuses on fashion trends.
- Monitors and manages the amount of merchandise customers have in the fitting room.
- Keeps merchandise ready to return to the selling floor.
- Answers questions regarding the use and location of merchandise.
- Contributes to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth.
- Demonstrates strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and problem-solving skills.
- Behaves professionally in appearance and attitude, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and treating others with respect and consideration while following Scheels' policies and procedures.
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Completes basic mathematical equations.
- Promotes the Scheels Visa Rewards card and clearly explains all benefits.

- Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Physical Lifting: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Education & Experience: Minimum of a high school diploma, or general education degree (GED); 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Wage
Starting wage is $14/Hour.
Schedule
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9a.m. and 9p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. and 6p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be available minimum of two weekends a month. Average hours per week is 20 hours.
