Retail Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent service to retail locations by addressing maintenance requests promptly, supporting a safe and functional environment across a portfolio of retail locations. They will be responsible for the day to day work order communication with key internal partners, such as Field Leadership, Facilities and Construction Managers, Legal, and corporate business partners and external vendors, including the LandLord, Property Manager to ensure HFT brand standards are met while ensuring the tracking and timely resolution and completion of facilities issues, primarily Landlord related while ensuring to support the operation of the retail location. Duties and ResponsibilitiesOwnership for work order flow for the assigned program from initial request through resolution Responsible for dispatching work orders to Landlords, checking lease prior to submissionMain point of contact for Landlords for Facilities related issues Initiate escalation when Landlords fail to meet their obligations in the lease Manage, sort, disburse, file and take action on all communications from the department's general inbox. Additional duties as assigned ScopeStaff supervision and development: NoDecision making: Good judgement; provides data for decision makingTravel: Up to 5%Flex Designation: Anywhere The anticipated range for this position is $24.18 – $36.25 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.
