Job Description

Support medium volume assigned Retailer locations with various items, including but not limited to logistics planning, policy communication, special product requests, and work cross functionally with various internal and external teams.

  • Manually intervene as needed to complete one-off ordering requests
  • Resolve and respond to Retailer needs surrounding ordering policies, special product needs, and backorder reassignment
  • Actively oversee van management tools to ensure product is scheduled and shipped as requested/assigned
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, Regional Mangers, various department leaders, and Renewal by Andersen Retail contacts via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone
  • Identify areas of improvement for standard work documentation for internal and external ordering groups; make direct leadership aware of gaps
  • Take a proactive approach to customer service initiatives by identifying solutions and options to meet retailer needs
  • Independently resolve escalated issues when possible, work with direct leadership when necessary
  • Identifies opportunities and challenges for retailers; provide suggestions and input for quick resolution, potential future tools, and/or best practices

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
