Retail & Event Brand Ambassador

About the Role

Love talking to people? Competitive? Want to make more when you perform? NEXT Door & Window is looking for outgoing, energetic people to represent our company inside Costco and other local events. This is NOT traditional sales — you're not cold calling, knocking on doors, or closing homeowners in the store. Your job is simple: start conversations with Costco members, create interest in our products, and schedule free in-home consultations. Work for one of Crain's 2025 Best Places to Work in Chicago.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willing to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule (including weekends)
• Must pass a background check

Pay

• $19/hour guaranteed base pay
• $35 for every qualified appointment that results in a demo
• Unlimited bonus potential; top performers can earn $30–$40+/hour or more
• Potential earnings of $550+ weekly on top of hourly pay
• Revenue sharing: earn $50–$600 every pay period based on sales originated from your leads
• Quarterly profit sharing for full-time team members
