Retail & Event Brand Ambassador

About the role

NEXT Door & Window is looking for outgoing, energetic people to represent our company inside Costco and other local events. This is not traditional sales—you won’t be cold calling, knocking on doors, or closing homeowners in the store. Your job is simple: start conversations with Costco members, create interest in our products, and schedule free in‑home consultations. No home‑improvement experience is required; we provide training. Ideal candidates have experience in retail, restaurants & hospitality, customer service, marketing, events, fundraising, fitness, or sales, or simply enjoy talking to people and meeting new faces.

Responsibilities

• Represent NEXT Door & Window at Costco and local events
• Engage Costco members in conversation
• Generate interest in the company’s products
• Schedule free in‑home consultations for interested members

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must pass a background check
